Blackberry Pearl 3G Smartphones Reviews
Good news for Blackberry mania.
The first Pearl 8100 was released way back in 2006 , unlike other company’s who release handsets with slight tweaks every year, RIM has waited before unleashing the Pearl 9105. BlackBerry has released the Pearl 3G, its smallest ever handset – and the first one to use a normal mobile phone keypad.
the BlackBerry Pearl 3G isn’t in the same class as the Bold 9700, which has a metallic finish, full Qwerty keyboard and a larger screen.
However much we liked the design and build of the Pearl 8100, the lack of 3G and WiFi was unforgivable. The BlackBerry Pearl 3G is a clear indication of BlackBerry’s ever-growing mainstream appeal.
RIM decided with the Pearl 3G to simply take the most powerful phone Bold 9700 and squish the hardware into a device that’s two-thirds the width.now offering the connectivity of a smartphone, in a compact, consumer-friendly body.
The Pearl 3G has a lot in common with its chunkier brother the Blackberry Bold 9700, running Blackberry 5.0 OS and with the same 624Mhz procssor, which is noticebly quicker.
if you’re any kind of BlackBerry fan then you’ll be in for a very familiar ride with the OS. 3G is a welcome addition, browsing is far faster and it finally supports WiFi.
